Host sites designate a qualified clinical or administrative supervisor to oversee Scholars during their 200 to 400 fieldwork hours. The consortium provides supplemental cohort coaching so host staff are never overwhelmed.
- •Supervisors can be licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, MD) or experienced senior Community Health Worker/Peer leads.
- •Recommended ratio is 1 supervisor for every 2 to 4 active Scholars to preserve high-touch clinical mentoring.
- •Bi-weekly alignment briefs are provided directly by HUMANDREAM Foundation pathway coordinators.
