Key Operational Standards
  • Supervisors can be licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, MD) or experienced senior Community Health Worker/Peer leads.
  • Recommended ratio is 1 supervisor for every 2 to 4 active Scholars to preserve high-touch clinical mentoring.
  • Bi-weekly alignment briefs are provided directly by HUMANDREAM Foundation pathway coordinators.
