HUMANDREAM Workforce Alliance recruits Scholars from underserved and system-impacted communities across Los Angeles and Orange counties, credentials them through community college partners, and places them in paid fieldwork with respected community health organizations. Whether you are drawn to Community Health Worker, Peer Support Specialist, or Wraparound work, we walk with you from your first inquiry through credentialing, supervised placement, alumni network, and long-term career support. There are no application fees. Scholars are compensated during fieldwork. Prior lived experience of behavioral health recovery, reentry, community caregiving, or other lived expertise is valued as a qualification, not a barrier.
