HUMANDREAM Workforce Alliance is bringing together community colleges, nonprofits, chapters and affiliates, health systems, county agencies, and advocacy organizations to close the placement and retention gap between California’s community health credentialing pipeline and long-term career outcomes for Scholars. Alliance partners bring specific strengths, from credentialing infrastructure and recruitment pipelines to placement sites, alumni networks, research and evaluation capacity, and policy advocacy. Together, we build the workforce system that turns credentials into careers, particularly for underserved and system-impacted youth and communities.
